Customer Relations Manager – Luxury Care Home

Hours: Full Time

Bright Selection are recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager to join an established care home group at one of their luxury, purpose-built homes in the Manchester area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Relations Manager, Assistant CRM or Care Home Administrator who is involved in enquiries and admissions and looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

Working closely with the Home Manager and central marketing team, you'll be responsible for generating enquiries, building relationships within the local community and supporting families throughout the admissions process, with the overall goal of increasing occupancy.

Key responsibilities include:

·Generating new enquiries through networking, referrals and local business development.

·Building relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals and local community organisations.

·Managing enquiries, conducting show rounds and supporting families through admissions.

·Following up enquiries and converting leads into admissions.

·Supporting local marketing activities and community events.

·Monitoring enquiries and working towards occupancy targets.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates from care home customer relations, sales or administration backgrounds.

You may already be working as a CRM or Assistant CRM, or perhaps you're a Care Home Administrator who regularly handles enquiries, show rounds and admissions.

You'll be confident communicating with families, proactive in building relationships and keen to develop the business development side of your experience.

You don't need to have held a sales role before, but you will need to enjoy meeting people, making new connections and identifying opportunities to generate business.
