Are you an experienced insurance claims professional who knows how to navigate complex customer issues, investigate complaints and deliver fair outcomes?

We're looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join a busy Customer Service team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fast-paced, case-focused role where you'll take ownership of escalated complaints and sensitive customer issues, working through to resolution while ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Own customer complaints and escalated insurance claims cases from start to finish.
• Investigate complex issues, gathering information from customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve sensitive and high-risk cases, often preventing escalation through effective communication and problem solving.
• Assess information, make informed decisions and deliver fair customer outcomes.
• Communicate confidently with customers via phone, email and web chat.
• Ensure all cases are handled in line with FCA and company requirements.
• Meet service, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation throughout the customer journey.

What We're Looking For

• Previous insurance claims handling experience is essential.
• Experience managing customer complaints, escalations or complex casework.
• Strong investigation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with confidence and empathy.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
