Loss Adjuster Assistant - #2161862

We are currently recruiting for an Adjuster's Assistant to join a busy property claims team in Manchester.

This is a great opportunity for someone with existing property claims experience who is looking to develop their career and gain further exposure to the work of a Loss Adjuster.

Working closely with experienced Loss Adjusters, you will provide support throughout the claims process and assist with the day-to-day management of property claims.

The role will include:

• Assisting Loss Adjusters with their claims
• Reviewing and progressing claims information
• Liaising with policyholders, insurers, contractors and other parties
• Assisting with claims investigations and gathering information
• Updating claims records and systems
• Supporting Adjusters with reports and general administration
• Helping to ensure claims are progressed efficiently and within required timescales

You will not be responsible for managing your own caseload, making this a good opportunity for someone who wants to build their technical knowledge and gain a better understanding of the Loss Adjusting environment.

We are looking for someone who already has property claims experience, ideally from an insurer, broker, TPA or adjusting environment.

You should have:

• Experience dealing with property claims
• Good understanding of the claims process
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine interest in developing a career within Loss Adjusting

Previous experience working with a Loss Adjuster would be beneficial but is not essential.
