Our client is a well-established UK managed services provider, keeping businesses connected with cybersecurity, communications and connectivity solutions since 2000. They're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their Manchester team, someone who enjoys the phone, loves a target and wants a structured route into a technology sales career.

You'll be speaking to decision-makers every day, spotting buying signals and booking quality sales meetings for the account managers. Full training comes via their in-house Sales Academy, so you don't need a tech background - just drive, curiosity and a good phone manner.

What you’ll be doing

• Calling existing and prospective customers to promote a full portfolio of technology solutions
• Booking and managing qualified sales meetings for the sales team
• Following up on marketing campaigns and business development opportunities
• Building pipeline by capturing competitor contract end dates
• Helping plan and shape campaigns using HubSpot data
• Supporting account managers to spot growth opportunities
• Working with technology vendors on call-out days and initiatives
• Hitting clear, focused KPIs

What we’re looking for

• Telephone sales or customer service experience (preferred, not essential)
• A track record of hitting and beating targets
• Confident with Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
• A positive, natural telephone manner and great listening and questioning skills
• Someone who builds rapport easily and works well across teams
• HubSpot experience is a bonus - or a willingness to learn it
