Senior Vice President, Supervision and Conduct Controls Group Lead - #2155064

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Supervision and Conduct Controls Group Lead to join our Global Asset Safety team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage a specialised team responsible for supporting Operations and Lines of Business with adherence to regulatory and policy requirements in relation to the safety of client assets.
• Manage the performance of assigned staff, coach team members and provide guidance on project management.
• Provide expert oversight and challenge on client asset risks, leading the identification, assessment and resolution of control issues while supporting strategic initiatives to improve operational resilience and control effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Management and leadership experience is preferred, as well as knowledge and understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years CASS experience with a good knowledge of the regulatory framework, excellent technical ability and banking operational background.
