Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents and patients.

• Safely administer medications and manage care plans in accordance with NMC guidelines.

• Lead and support healthcare assistants on shift to ensure efficient care delivery.

• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, doctors, and family members.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of UK-based post-registration nursing experience.

• Compliance: Enhanced DBS check (or registered on the DBS Update Service) and valid Right to Work in the UK.

• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and leadership skills.
