Contract Coordinator - #2154948

A Contract Coordinator is required for a three-month temporary assignment in Manchester. You'll support the day-to-day coordination of engineers and work orders alongside financial, reporting and audit administration.

This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, providing essential coordination and administrative support across the contract.

The Role
 
As the Contract Coordinator, you'll:

• Schedule engineers to ensure work orders are completed efficiently.
• Monitor work in progress and support PPM costing activities.
• Assist with variance reporting and general financial administration.
• Prepare documentation for internal, external and SOPF audits.
• Raise purchase orders and complete associated contract administration.
• Produce reports covering work order activity and progress.

About You
 
To be successful as the Contract Coordinator, you'll have:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• The ability to coordinate engineer schedules and work orders effectively.
• Experience supporting financial administration and reporting activities.
• Confidence preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
