Description

As a Catastrophic Injury NQ/Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:

• Manage catastrophic injury claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective case handling.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in relation to complex injury cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and resolution.
• Negotiate settlements and liaise with opposing parties, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional and legal standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve processes.

Profile

A successful Catastrophic Injury NQ/Associate/Senior Associate should have:

• A qualified solicitor status with a focus on catastrophic injury or personal injury cases.
