Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Manchester (Office-Based, 5 Days per Week)

Salary £26,227 + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing technology business based in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and has the determination to succeed in a target driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Calling existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Generating qualified sales meetings for the wider sales team
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers
• Following up on marketing campaigns and sales opportunities
• Working towards achievable KPIs and targets
• Learning about a wide range of IT and technology solutions
• Managing activity through CRM systems and sales tools

Previous experience:

• Previous sales, telesales, business development or customer-facing experience
• Resilience and confidence on the phone
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
• IT or technology experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
