Long-Term Contract Opportunity | £300-£375 Per Day | Home-Based & Regional Work

ATK Solutions is working with a specialist building compliance consultancy seeking a Contract Fire Risk Assessor to support a growing portfolio of residential properties across the UK.

This is a genuine long-term contract opportunity, providing ongoing work year after year with a guaranteed pipeline of projects. The role offers flexible home-based working, regional site visits, and access to a state-of-the-art fire risk assessment software platform, allowing assessors to efficiently complete and submit reports.

The Role

As a Contract Fire Risk Assessor, you will undertake Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of residential properties, providing practical fire safety advice and ensuring assessments are completed in line with current legislation, guidance and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake Fire Risk Assessments across residential property portfolios
• Carry out site inspections and provide practical fire safety recommendations
• Deliver clear and compliant fire risk assessment reports
• Identify solutions to fire safety and compliance issues
• Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders on fire safety matters
• Provide competent fire safety advice in line with current legislation and guidance
• Support the preparation of fire safety documents, policies and procedures
• Keep up to date with changes to legislation, standards and best practice

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you must have:

• Tier 2 (Intermediate) or Tier 3 (Advanced) Fire Risk Assessor registration
• Proven experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments on residential properties
• Strong understanding of current fire safety legislation and guidance
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A professional and client-focused approach
• The ability to successfully pass a technical competency interview
• Available three days per week on site

PAYE Option Available
