Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a dedicated Middle Office Analyst to join their dynamic team in the heart of Manchester. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform crucial collateral administrative duties for middle office clients, encompassing:
- Reconciliation of traded positions
- Margin call, margin movement, and margin settlement
- Issue and dispute resolution

• Complete reconciliation for collateral clients, including unmatched and failed cash/trade activity. This will involve direct engagement with clients and brokers to ensure timely investigation and resolution.
• Support clients in overseeing and monitoring collateral activity, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation when required.
• • Prepare and provide accurate reporting in line with broker and client requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries in a professional, timely, and service-focused manner.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve complex lending-related and trade-related queries, exceptions, and operational issues.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and overall team performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to maintain technical knowledge and strengthen capability, ensuring the team operates at peak effectiveness.
