Associate Director, Retail Media

Salary £45,000 - £50,000

Manchester, Hybrid - 3 office days a week

I'm working with a business that's investing heavily in its commerce and retail media offering and is looking for an Associate Director to help lead the next phase of growth. This is a senior client-facing role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.

You'll take ownership of key commerce accounts, acting as a trusted partner to clients while leading the planning, activation and optimisation of campaigns across major retail and media platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the delivery of commerce and retail media campaigns across a portfolio of clients
• Acting as the senior point of contact for stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships
• Developing commerce strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
• Overseeing campaign performance, optimisation and reporting
• Managing projects to brief, timeline and budget
• Coaching, developing and line managing junior team members
• Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and elevate client performance

What they're looking for

• Strong experience in Commerce, eCommerce or Retail Media
• Proven success managing complex client relationships
• Deep understanding of campaign activation, optimisation and measurement across commerce platforms
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach when required
• Previous leadership or people management experience
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
