IT Analyst - #2152708

We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an IT Analyst for their Manchester based IT Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hands-on IT support who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and wants to broaden their technical skills across a modern Microsoft technology environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for employees across the business, delivering high quality technical support both remotely and face-to-face. Working as part of a collaborative IT Service team, you'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring excellent service delivery and user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support
• Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution
• Supporting desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices and printers
• Administering user accounts and assisting with server-related tasks
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
• Supporting Windows Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
• Maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge articles
• Assisting with IT projects and continuous service improvements

If you possess a combination of the following skills, then LET'S TALK!

• Previous experience in a hands-on IT support role
• Strong customer service or IT service desk skills
• Experience with Active Directory user administration
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage workloads effectively and work to service targets and SLAs

The following skills would be advantageous but not essential:

• Experience within a professional services environment
• Exposure to legal sector applications
• Microsoft certifications or equivalent technical qualifications
• Experience supporting users across multiple office locations
