AI Adoption Partner - #2152187

The AI Adoption Partner is a hands-on AI delivery role where progress is measured in hours and days, not months and years. Our AI is delivered through a defined, sanctioned toolset and inside a clear governance envelope, not through open experimentation with whatever tool is fastest to hand.

Embedded in the business rather than in IT, each AI Adoption Partner finds where AI genuinely moves the needle for their cluster, builds it using internal and external tools and makes sure it is adopted, measured and where it works, spread to the rest of the Group.

The role has three equally weighted objectives: make K3 more efficient; create new or better value for clients; and improve colleagues' working lives by removing repetitive, low-value work. It sits at the intersection of three things that must move together - the Group AI & Data Strategy, the pace the business wants to move at and the obligations (cyber, data and regulatory) K3 already carries as a professional services group.

Why this role is different

This is a live build role inside a Group that has already done the strategic groundwork: an approved AI assistant (Aimee), an approved no-code build environment (Claude Artifacts), a Group AI & Data Strategy and a Cyber Security Strategy already in flight. The AI Adoption Partner does not start from a blank page, they start from a governed platform and a live strategic portfolio, and their job is to turn that into delivered, measured value inside their cluster.

Success is tangible and is tracked centrally: time released, stronger client outcomes, new revenue, reduced risk, and a measurably better colleague experience.

Operating boundaries — what “responsible and fast” means here

Speed in this role comes from working inside a known toolset and a known governance model, not around one. Every AI Adoption Partner works within:

• Approved toolset only: Aimee and Claude Artifacts. No shadow AI, personal AI accounts, or unapproved frontier-model access.

• K3's AI Policy and “Golden Rule,” data protection obligations and professional / client confidentiality duties, applied from the first prototype not at go-live.

• EU AI Act obligations relevant to K3's dual provider / deployer status, including mandatory risk-tiering of any new use case before it touches live client or candidate data.

• Cost governance: all model usage routed and monitored under the Group's model-routing policy.

Person specification

Essential

• Proven use of AI and generative AI to deliver measurable business outcomes, ideally including a named conversational AI assistant and a no-code AI build tool (e.g. a Copilot-class assistant, Claude Artifacts/similar).

• End-to-end delivery experience: problem definition, prototyping, rollout and adoption.

• Able to understand a business problem quickly and turn it into a working solution at pace, inside a defined toolset.

• Sound working knowledge of data protection, client confidentiality and responsible AI in a professional or regulated environment; able to apply a risk-tiering process without being told each time.

• Clear communicator, credible with partners, fee-earners and support teams alike.

• Curious and adaptable, willing to challenge established ways of working while maintaining trust, professional judgement and toolset discipline.

Desirable

• Professional services or regulated-advisory experience.

• Change, product, process-mapping or lean delivery experience.
