Job Title: Graduate Continuous Improvement Analyst
Location: Manchester (3 days onsite)
Contract Duration: 12 months and likely to extend
Hourly Rate: £18-£22ph
Start Date: November 2, 2026

Our client is seeking a Graduate Continuous Improvement Analyst to enhance the consistency and quality of the UK tender process within the energy sector. This pivotal role will support the Head of Pre-Construction & Tendering by helping to drive process improvements that elevate operational excellence.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for graduates or junior analysts eager to dive into analysis and process optimisation. If you have a passion for enhancing operational efficiency and a knack for Excel, this could be the perfect fit!

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant field; experience in commercial analysis is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.
• While prior energy sector experience is not essential, any exposure to commercial processes or tendering would be beneficial.
• Self-driven, critical thinker, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.

General Responsibilities include but not limited too:

• Building and maintaining Excel based forecasting and reporting tools.
• Analysing historical project and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting resource and workforce planning through data driven forecasting.
• Reviewing business processes and helping to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Producing reports, dashboards and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Working closely with commercial, tendering and project teams on ad hoc analytical projects.
