Facilities Management Supervisor - #2151952

This permanent, predominantly off-the-tools role involves managing an eight-person, multi-skilled engineering team across commercial and retail facilities contracts.

The position suits a technically qualified engineer moving into first-line management and aiming to progress towards contract management.

The Role

As the Facilities Management Supervisor, you'll:

• Act as first-line support for an eight-person, multi-skilled engineering team.
• Lead two static engineers and the wider mobile engineering team.
• Manage timesheets, overtime, sickness and absence across the team.
• Support daily service delivery across multiple commercial and retail contracts.
• Undertake contract management alongside your core supervisory responsibilities.
• Participate in the reactive on-call response across the regional portfolio.

About You

To be successful as the Facilities Management Supervisor, you'll have:

• Essential: A technical trade background in electrical, gas or mechanical engineering.
• Essential: A minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience working within a facilities management environment.
• Technical credibility across multi-skilled engineering and fabric services.
• Basic administration skills and familiarity with Evolution or Concept systems.
• Ambition to progress into contract management and pride in your work.
