The Role:

As Paid Media Executive, you'll take ownership of planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with the wider e-commerce and marketing teams to support customer acquisition, revenue growth and return on ad spend (ROAS), while helping shape creative testing and campaign strategy for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer retail brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximise efficiency and return on investment.
• Plan and execute ongoing testing across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, campaign structures and messaging.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective paid media activity.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to brief, develop and test new advertising creative.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, trading activity and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Stay up to date with platform developments, digital advertising trends and emerging paid media opportunities.
• Assist with attribution analysis, conversion tracking and measurement improvements where required.
• Maintain best practices across campaign structures, naming conventions, tracking and account hygiene.
• Contribute to reporting and communicate campaign performance and recommendations to key stakeholders.

About You:

• 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - essential.
• Experience managing campaign budgets and optimising towards ROAS, CPA, revenue and other commercial KPIs.
• Confident analysing campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform reporting tools.
