A leading UK accountancy and advisory group is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded National Head of Transfer Pricing to lead and develop its Transfer Pricing offering across the UK.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Transfer Pricing Director, Partner, or existing Head of Transfer Pricing to take ownership of a growing service line within a dynamic, entrepreneurial firm that is investing significantly in its people, clients, and technical capabilities.

Your new role

As National Head of Transfer Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the firm's transfer pricing strategy, working closely with senior leadership and partners across the business.You will have the platform, autonomy, and support to build on an established client base while identifying new opportunities to expand the firm's presence in the market.Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and driving the national Transfer Pricing strategy.
• Developing and expanding the client portfolio across a broad range of sectors.
• Supporting and coordinating transfer pricing projects across multiple offices.
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Collaborating with corporate tax, international tax, private client, and wider advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Representing the firm in the market through networking, business development, and thought leadership activities.
• Supporting organic growth and helping shape future investment in the service line.

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant Transfer Pricing experience gained within a leading accountancy firm.
• A proven track record of winning and delivering work for a diverse client base.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading teams and developing junior professionals.
• The credibility and technical expertise to advise clients on complex domestic and international transfer pricing matters.
• A desire to help shape and grow a national practice.
