SEO Manager - #2148495

We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to become the go-to SEO expert for a major brand, working directly with their marketing team while being supported by a specialist SEO team.

You'll own the SEO strategy, work across multiple websites and international markets, and have a direct impact on organic traffic, conversions and revenue.

• Own and deliver the SEO strategy for a major brand.
• Work directly with marketing teams and senior stakeholders.
• Lead technical SEO audits and work with developers on implementation.
• Manage SEO across multiple websites and international markets.
• Optimise content, site structure and technical performance.
• Develop strategies around AI search, semantic SEO and topical authority.
• Identify and resolve underperforming areas of organic search.
• Report on rankings, traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Work closely with Content, CRO, Paid Media and Development teams.
• Manage SEO budgets and external agencies across link building, digital PR and outreach.

• 4-6 years' SEO experience with a proven record of growing organic traffic and conversions.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS and website architecture.
• Experience with international and multi-site SEO.
• Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema and structured data.
• Experience with AI search, semantic SEO and topical authority.
• Experience managing external SEO agencies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Confident working with marketing teams and senior stakeholders.

You'll get genuine ownership of one major brand's SEO strategy, rather than managing a large portfolio of smaller clients.

You'll work closely with an experienced SEO team, have access to premium tools and get the opportunity to work across technical SEO, international growth and the changing search landscape.
