Key Responsibilities:

  • Support annual pay reviews and salary modelling
  • Manage and enhance employee benefits and recognition programmes
  • Lead job evaluation activities
  • Analyse reward data and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business on reward-related projects

What We're Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 5, Reward qualification, or equivalent Reward experience
  • Experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Business Partnering
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with reward data, pay reviews, and benefits programmes
