Treasury & Investment Accountant - #2148294

Treasury Accounting Opportunity |£40,000–£48,000 | Greater Manchester | Agile working

We’re partnering with a social housing provider to recruit a finance professional to support its treasury operations, development reporting and wider growth plans. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll combine hands-on accounting with cash-flow forecasting and financial insight, helping the organisation manage its funding and invest in homes.

The Role: 

• Process treasury transactions, prepare cash forecasts
• Monitor loan movements, liquidity and covenant compliance.
• Support development management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Working with budget holders to explain performance and variances.
• Complete reconciliations
• Support funding, security records, statutory reporting and audit requirements.

About You: 

• You’ll be part-qualified, AAT-qualified or qualified by experience
• Have an accurate, practical approach to accounting.
• The role offers a mix of detailed financial work and collaboration with colleagues across the business.
