Social Media Executive - Fast-growing fashion brand

Zachary Daniels are partnered with an exciting, fast-growing UK womenswear brand, bringing together deep fashion industry experience with a highly engaged creator-led community.

The Role:

This is a highly hands-on opportunity at the heart of the brand's content output. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving marketing team, have direct access to the founders and play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the TikTok strategy end-to-end, including content pillars, formats, trends, sounds and posting cadence.

• Build, manage and continually evolve the TikTok content calendar.

• Stay ahead of emerging TikTok trends, formats, creators, sounds and cultural moments.

• Translate wider brand campaigns and key moments, including seasonal launches and brand anniversaries, into TikTok-native activations.

• Develop new ideas that grow reach, engagement and community.

• Monitor TikTok performance and use data and insights to continually refine the strategy.

• Be a confident and engaging on-camera presence, appearing as a face of the brand across talking-head, POV, trend-led and community-focused content.

• Shoot, edit and publish native TikTok and Instagram content.

• Create high volumes of content at pace, balancing planned content with reactive opportunities.

• Manage day-to-day TikTok community engagement, including comments and direct messages.

About You:

• Hands-on experience creating and growing content on TikTok, either professionally or through your own channels.

• A strong understanding of what makes content feel native, engaging and culturally relevant on TikTok.

• Confidence and enthusiasm for being on camera - this is a non-negotiable part of the role.

• A natural instinct for trends, sounds, formats, hooks, pacing and storytelling.

• The ability to shoot and edit content yourself and move quickly from idea to execution.
