Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in client onboarding, compliance administration or AML/KYC processes? We're recruiting for a growing professional services organisation looking to add a Client Onboarding Executive to its operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business where you'll play a key role in ensuring new clients are onboarded efficiently, compliantly and with exceptional attention to detail.
Your new role
As a Client Onboarding Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the onboarding journey from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all client due diligence and compliance requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end client onboarding and account setup processes.
- Conducting AML, KYC, sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks.
- Reviewing and verifying client documentation and due diligence information.
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain outstanding information.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, trackers and audit trails.
- Monitoring onboarding progress and ensuring timescales are met.
- Supporting client risk assessments, annual reviews and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Assisting with compliance, regulatory and audit requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve onboarding processes and efficiencies.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment when required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within client onboarding, compliance, AML/KYC, client administration or a similar role.
- Experience gained within professional services, legal, financial services, accountancy, tax or another regulated environment.
- A strong understanding of client due diligence and compliance processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies within documentation.
- Confident communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
