We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to join a fast-growing, founder-led British fashion brand at an exciting stage of its growth.
The role will work closely with the founders, taking overall responsibility for driving the next phase of commercial growth, international expansion and organisational development.
The ideal candidate
- Senior leadership experience within fashion, beauty, accessories or a digitally-led consumer brand
- Strong commercial and e-commerce/DTC background
- Proven track record of driving significant growth
- Experience across international markets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, founder-led environment
- Strong people leadership and commercial decision-making skills
- Experience in a Growth, Commercial, E-commerce, Trading or MDrole would be relevant
