Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Nursery & Reception

Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants with a passion for Early Years to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for an experienced EYFS practitioner who enjoys working with younger children and wants to support their communication, development and early learning.
The Role:
* Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
* Assisting with play-based learning and structured activities
* Supporting early phonics, communication and numeracy development
* Helping children develop their confidence, independence and social skills
* Supporting children with their individual learning and development needs
* Helping maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive EYFS environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
* Supporting daily routines, transitions and classroom organisation
The Requirements:
* Recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or relevant Early Years qualification
* Previous experience working within an EYFS or primary school setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Confident supporting learning through play and practical activities
* Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
