Senior Acoustics Consultant

Northern UK (Remote → Hybrid Manchester/Leeds)

Zest4Talent is partnering with a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary acoustics consultancy with an established UK and international presence. We are seeking a Senior Acoustics Consultant to play a pivotal role in expanding their footprint across the North.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join at a key stage of growth, offering genuine autonomy to help shape and build a Northern presence, supported by a well-established and respected consultancy.

The role will begin as fully remote, transitioning to a hybrid model as the Manchester/Leeds office becomes operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a range of acoustics, noise and vibration projects
• Undertake site visits across the Midlands, North West and Scotland
• Support the establishment and growth of a new Northern office
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Act as a trusted technical advisor
• Mentor junior team members and support team development

About You

• Proven experience within an acoustics consultancy (noise & vibration)
• Confident in client-facing environments with a hands-on approach
• Experience in leadership, or a clear ambition to step into a management role
• Commercially aware with strong communication skills
• Seeking a new challenge where you will be given ownership of this division

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £60,000
