Warehouse Supervisor (Production) - #2141092

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Contract: Temporary

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - 12:00am

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing and production business based in Trafford Park. This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with team leadership experience.

This hands-on position will see you taking responsibility for a small warehouse and production operation, overseeing a team of between 3 and 7 operatives. You will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently, production targets are achieved, and customer orders are dispatched on time.

• Supervising and motivating a team of 3 to 7 warehouse and production operatives.
• Managing the smooth running of daily warehouse and production activities.
• Coordinating workloads to ensure operational targets are met.
• Loading vehicles safely and efficiently for dispatch.
• Monitoring productivity and maintaining high standards across the operation.
• Ensuring company health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Supporting stock control and inventory management processes.
• Assisting with warehouse duties where required and leading by example.
• Reporting operational issues and implementing solutions to maintain workflow.

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar leadership role.
• Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Strong people management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience coordinating teams and meeting operational deadlines.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
