We're currently representing an independent insurance brokerage in Manchester that is looking to bring an experienced Commercial Broker into its team.

Your Role:

You'll take responsibility for servicing and developing commercial clients, acting as a key point of contact and helping them find the right insurance solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Developing strong and lasting client relationships
• Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments
• Communicating regularly with clients and insurers
• Negotiating competitive terms with insurance markets
• Preparing quotations, renewals and relevant documentation
• Understanding client requirements and identifying appropriate cover
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service
• Working closely with colleagues across the brokerage

What kind of person are they looking for?

You'll already have experience within commercial insurance broking and be comfortable managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to renewal.
