Your new role

You will work closely with experienced employment lawyers, supporting both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Duties will include:

• Assisting with a broad range of employment tribunal claims
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and employment-related agreements
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Managing client files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting fee earners with case management and business development activities
• Liaising with clients, counsel and tribunal representatives
• Preparing bundles and other litigation documentation

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Exceptional academic credentials, minimum 2:1, LPC/SQE preferred/completed.
• Previous legal experience gained within employment law or a commercial legal environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• A genuine interest in developing a career within employment law

Candidates with strong academics and a proactive approach will be particularly attractive to this client.
