Head of Membership & Subscriptions - #2134225

We are looking for a Head of Membership & Subscription to join our Client, a growing and customer-focused organisation looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of their membership proposition and drive continued growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands what makes customers stay, engage, and see genuine value in a membership proposition. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey, improving member value, and using insight and data to drive commercial growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking ownership of the overall membership and subscription strategy, with a strong focus on growth and retention
• Developing and continually improving the membership proposition to ensure it remains relevant and compelling
• Identifying opportunities to increase membership, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Ensuring members receive an excellent experience across every stage of their journey
• Using customer insight, data, and feedback to understand behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement
• Working closely with commercial, marketing, digital, and customer teams to deliver membership initiatives
• Developing strategies to increase member value and strengthen long-term customer relationships
• Monitoring membership performance and using data to inform commercial decisions
• Leading initiatives designed to improve customer engagement and subscription performance
• Bringing new ideas and innovative thinking to continually evolve the membership experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior membership, subscription, loyalty, CRM, customer growth, or customer experience role
• Strong understanding of membership or subscription models and what drives acquisition and retention
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on customer value and business growth
• Excellent analytical and customer insight skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and experience
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting involved in the detail
• Innovative, commercially aware, and passionate about creating excellent customer experiences
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver measurable improvements in membership performance
