My client is a leading healthcare provider embarking on a period of both growth and transformation. As part of their strategic growth plan, we are seeking an ambitious, driven Change Manager with the ability quickly grasp a complex, dispersed organisation which is rapidly expanding. Any experience of healthcare, social care, SPA (single point of access), patient pathways would be beneficial, but is not strictly essential. 

You will join a new function which will have overarching involvement across the entire organisation. Leading a continuous service improvement plan, you will be driving a project that will improve efficiencies, standardising processes, centralise certain functions and assess where efficiencies and improvements can be made across a number of contrasting health services. 

You will be skilled in stakeholder management, with communication skills allowing you to instigate and deliver change in conjunction with senior managers and operational leaders, through collaboration, coaching and education. 

This is a crucial hire, and as such the new post holder will not only have the opportunity to take real ownership and shape the role as they see fit, but this role will put them in a prime position for progression to further senior roles as the business continues to rapidly expand. 

The role is home based, with involvement in services on a national basis, so the Change Manager must be happy with travel when required. A full job description can be made available, and interviews will be arranged without delay.
