Description

• Manage the Director Planning & Development diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
• Organise and maintain filing systems for easy access to information.
• Provide support for meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Profile

A successful Temporary PA should have:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to commute to Manchester, 4 days a week.

Job Offer

• Immediate start opportunity.
• Hourly rate of Band 6.
