We’re working with a growing, modern accountancy firm in Manchester looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

You’ll work with a varied portfolio of ambitious agencies, consultants and service-based businesses, giving you the chance to build real client relationships and get involved beyond the numbers.

• Manage your own portfolio of clients

• Prepare year-end accounts and tax returns

• Complete VAT and management accounts

• Deal directly with clients and provide advice

• Help clients understand and improve their numbers

• Get involved in forecasting and wider advisory work

• Support and develop more junior team members

• Practice experience

• Strong accounts and tax knowledge

• Experience managing your own clients

• Confident communicator

• Commercial and proactive mindset

• Xero experience would be a bonus

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified preferred
