With a collaborative and supportive culture, you'll work alongside experienced Directors and Partners who remain highly involved in the day-to-day running of the business. This provides an excellent platform for a newly qualified auditor / audit senior looking to accelerate their development and gain exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.
Your new role
As Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners across a varied portfolio of clients.
This role will provide significant exposure to both audit and wider advisory work, allowing you to develop commercially whilst building strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading audit fieldwork assignments and managing audits through to completion.
- Supporting Managers and Partners in the delivery of high-quality audit engagements.
- Supervising, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact throughout engagements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients.
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts and other compliance assignments where required.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the audit team.

What you'll need to succeed
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or due to qualify imminently.
- Ideally up to 12 months post-qualification experience within an accountancy practice environment.
- Strong experience delivering external audit assignments.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- A desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
