We're recruiting for a Financial Advisor to join a reputable and well-established IFA firm, supporting an existing client bank across the Manchester area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced adviser looking to focus on building long-term client relationships within a supportive, client-focused business.

With clients provided and uncapped earning potential, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering tailored financial advice while identifying opportunities to grow their portfolio through exceptional service.

The Role

As a Financial Advisor, you will:

• Manage and develop an existing client bank across the Manchester region
• Provide tailored financial advice based on each client's individual needs and objectives
• Build long-term relationships through outstanding client service
• Manage your own diary and schedule client appointments effectively
• Identify opportunities for new business and client referrals
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver a seamless client experience
• Research financial products and recommend suitable solutions for clients
• Continue to develop your client portfolio and maximise long-term opportunities

Financial Advisor Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach to advice
• Experience managing an existing client bank
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Previous experience working within the North West would be advantageous
