Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Manchester City Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join a new estate agency branch in Central Manchester.

You’ll be a key part of the branch’s growth, working with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants while delivering a professional and personal service from initial enquiry through to completion or move-in.

The role will include:

• Responding quickly to property enquiries and booking viewings
• Conducting professional sales and lettings viewings
• Providing feedback to vendors and landlords
• Negotiating offers and keeping deals moving
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Managing tenancy applications and move-ins
• Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and other agents
• Generating new business through canvassing, networking and social media
• Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant compliance checks

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous estate agency or target-driven sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A confident, energetic and proactive approach
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using CRM systems and social media
• Knowledge of Manchester’s property market would be advantageous
• A full UK driving licence
