As a Data Administrator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and analysing financial information, producing accurate reports and ensuring documentation meets the required quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Data Analyst:
- Analyse financial data, provider information and supporting documentation
- Produce detailed analysis and reports to a consistently high standard of accuracy
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies or missing information within data sets and documentation
- Analyse information from multiple sources and ensure findings are clearly and accurately documented
- Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes through accurate and thorough analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the effective use of technology and automation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Follow established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Experience for the Data Administrator:
- Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, investments, lending, wealth management or another regulated environment
- Experience analysing data, preparing reports or working within structured administrative or operational processes
- A proven ability to produce accurate documentation and work to defined quality and compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing information
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a wider team
- A willingness to learn, develop specialist knowledge and progress within a regulated financial services environment
