This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Finance Director to join a highly successful, values-led business at an exciting point in its growth journey.

This is a mid tier business that has consistently delivered around 20% year-on-year growth, with revenues doubling every few years. It has an international impact, works on complex and meaningful projects.

The ambition is clear: continue to grow, invest and build something sustainable for the long term.

This isn't simply a role focused on producing the numbers.

The successful candidate will become a key commercial adviser to the established leadership team, helping the Board understand where the business is heading, what the future could look like and what decisions need to be made to get there.

You'll be expected to commercially model the future, challenge thinking, provide insight and help shape the next phase of the business.

There is also potential for the business to consider acquisitions and/or external investment in the future, making this a particularly interesting time to join.

Initially, the Finance Director won't sit on the main Board, but main Board potential is absolutely there for the right individual.

This could suit an established FD who still has plenty of ambition and wants to continue developing their experience within a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Equally, it could suit a strong Financial Controller / Head of Finance who is ready to step up into their first FD position.
