NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly successful and growing Financial Planning firm to recruit a Junior IFA Administrator for their Manchester city centre office.

The Role
Working within the new business administration team, you'll provide essential support to Advisers, Paraplanners and fellow Administrators, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries, delivering a professional and friendly service.
- Processing client documentation and maintaining accurate electronic records.
- Scanning and uploading documentation onto back-office systems.
- Issuing suitability reports prepared by the Paraplanning team.
- Assisting with pension and investment applications.
- Monitoring applications and liaising with providers to progress business.
- Managing correspondence with clients, providers and internal teams.
- Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Developing knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning processes.
- Maintaining an understanding of regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support the wider administration team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine interest in building a career within Financial Services.
- Previous experience within administration, customer service or Financial Services is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience using Intelligent Office or other Financial Services back-office systems would be beneficial but is not essential.
