Have you recently graduated with a **Psychology degree** and want to gain practical experience supporting children?
Aspire People are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work within primary schools supporting pupils with **SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs**.
This role provides excellent experience for graduates considering careers in **Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Teaching, SENCO, Occupational Therapy, or Child Mental Health**.
You'll gain invaluable experience working alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals while making a genuine difference to children's lives.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Helping children develop emotional regulation and confidence
* Delivering intervention activities under teacher guidance
* Supporting classroom learning and behaviour strategies
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families where appropriate
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Psychology degree or related subject
* Passion for working with children
* Interest in SEND and inclusive education
* Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication skills
