This role is for an Industrial Disease Solicitor/CILEX/Associate based in Manchester within a well known North-West law firm. You'll be managing a varied caseload of industrial disease claims, ensuring timely and accurate legal support to help clients achieve successful outcomes.

Description

As a Industrial Disease Solicitor/CILEX/Associate your duties will include dealing with a defendant caseload of Industrial Disease matters, including:-

• Noise Induced Hearing Loss
• Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome
• Claims for Asbestos Related conditions including mesothelioma
• Asthma
• Dermatitis
• Work related stress

You will:

• Manage a caseload of industrial disease claims from start to finish.
• Provide accurate legal advice to clients and maintain regular communication with them.
• Draft documents and correspondence relevant to claims.
• Conduct research to support case preparation.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain accurate records and case notes in line with company procedures.

Profile

A successful Industrial Disease Solicitor/CILEX/Associate should have between 1-5 PQE

• Qualified status as a Solicitor or CILEX professional.
• Experience handling industrial disease claims.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• A proactive approach to managing caseloads and deadlines.

Job Offer

• Salary between £36,000 and £50,000 dependent on the level of experience.
