Fully Remote | £40,000 - £50,000 + Team Bonus | Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Commercial Mortgage Broker looking for a fully remote opportunity with high-quality leads, full administrative support, and excellent earning potential? Our client is a well-established and growing finance brokerage seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Commercial Mortgage Broker to join their successful team.

The Role

You will advise clients on Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Buy-to-Let lending. You will benefit from pre-qualified appointments provided by the business while also having the opportunity to self-generate business and maximise your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial and specialist finance products

• Conduct detailed fact-finds and assess funding requirements

• Source suitable lending solutions

• Build relationships with clients, lenders and introducers

• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations

• Generate new business opportunities where desired

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker. You will have strong knowledge of Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Buy-to-Let lending, alongside excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
