Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading team within a top tier Legal 500 firm. The team are nationally recognised experts in life changing, high value medical negligence claims.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, including litigated claims, while assisting senior lawyers on high value and complex cases across a broad range of medical disciplines including obstetric, neonatal, surgical, oncology, cardiac and neurological negligence, giving you exposure to some of the most interesting and challenging work in the market.

About You

You will be a Qualified Solicitor with experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters and the confidence to manage your own caseload. You will have excellent client care skills, strong technical ability and a genuine passion for supporting clients through sensitive and complex matters.
