Description
- Drive exceptional sales performance by delivering against agreed targets and timescales.
- Monitor, analyse and interpret KPIs and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across multiple sales teams.
- Lead, coach and develop managers and their teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability and high performance.
- Act as a key member of the Senior Management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and supporting business growth.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, representing the Contact Centre and collaborating to achieve shared objectives.
- Champion a high-performance, customer-focused culture that empowers teams to consistently deliver outstanding results.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, performance and sales effectiveness, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

- A proven track record of leading multiple teams to consistently achieve KPIs and deliver outstanding business results.
- High personal standards, with the ability to inspire excellence and set clear expectations that drive performance.
- A commercially astute leader with strong emotional intelligence and a people-first approach.
- Experience using performance data and insights to effectively manage, develop and improve both individual and team performance.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate, engage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.

Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £48,000-£50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
