Paid Social Creative Designer - #2114006

My client is looking for a talented Paid Social Creative Designer to join their growing team and help create high-performing digital advertising campaigns across social platforms.

The focus will be on designing and producing engaging, conversion-focused creative assets for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and future channels such as TikTok. You’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching static and video content that drives performance, engagement and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with an understanding of social-first content, paid advertising and what makes creative perform in a fast-moving digital environment.

• Create compelling static and video advertising assets for paid social campaigns across Meta and emerging platforms
• Design platform-native creative content optimised for performance and engagement
• Produce short-form video content suitable for channels such as Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Work closely with marketing and growth teams to develop, test and iterate creative concepts
• Use data and campaign insights to improve creative performance
• Develop engaging visuals that align with brand identity while driving measurable results

• Strong graphic design skills with excellent visual awareness and attention to detail
• Experience creating digital advertising assets, ideally for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Confident video editing skills, particularly short-form social content
• Understanding of social media trends, formats and content styles
• Experience creating content designed for conversion and performance
• Ability to work quickly, test ideas and adapt creative based on results

• Experience creating TikTok or Instagram-first content strategies
• Background in paid social, performance marketing or growth teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced digital/product environment
• Understanding of UX/UI principles or customer journeys (beneficial but not essential)
