A luxury retirement village operator with exciting growth plans is hiring a Head of New Sales — a hands-on, personal dealmaker, not a performance manager. You'll own a live pipeline of new home sales across a portfolio of thriving communities, working closely with regional leadership to keep momentum high and completions moving.
What you'll do:
- Personally create and close new home sales, from first inquiry to exchange
- Build genuine relationships with buyers and their families
- Design creative deal structures to unlock complex or stalled sales
- Be visible, build trust and engage — ethics and values build the trust and professionalism, speed and quality will drive deals over the line
What we're looking for:
- A proven track record personally closing high-value residential sales — luxury, premium or later-living new homes
- Boutique/luxury hotel sales background considered, if you've also sold homes or apartments in the UK or have a good technical understanding of PX, Incentives, Market values, Conveyancing etc
- Nurturing, consultative and sharp — someone who builds trust with sophisticated buyers and still gets deals done
- A genuine passion for residential and later-living sales
Not for you if: your recent experience is mostly managing a sales team or reporting on their numbers rather than closing deals yourself.
