Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:
- Advising healthcare providers, public sector organisations and private sector clients on a broad range of commercial contracts.
- Supporting clients on complex public procurement matters, including healthcare procurement projects.
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements and procurement documentation.
- Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice on regulatory and contractual issues.
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives within the healthcare sector.
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with experience supporting in commercial law.
- Experienced in public procurement matters, ideally within the healthcare or wider public sector.
- Comfortable advising on commercial contracts and procurement processes.
- Able to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a wider team.
- A confident communicator with strong technical and client relationship skills.
- Familiar with procurement legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to public sector contracting.
