This will be a part-time Financial Controller role and will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance and being a real right-hand person to the CFO. This role requires a proactive individual to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis within the business services industry.

Description

• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• A professional accounting qualification or equivalent (QBE will be considered)
• Proven experience in financial management within the business services sector.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
