Off the back of some exciting new client wins, we’re growing our Client Experience team and looking for a hands-on, ambitious Account Manager with a minimum 3 years’ experience in client experience at a creative, digital or marketing agency. This is a genuine opportunity to get involved in lots of different parts of the business, from managing client accounts and overseeing budgets, to supporting studio planning and contributing to our content output. Across our four capabilities - Brand Expression, Brand Engagement, Brand Exposure and Brand Experience - you’ll help ensure the work we deliver is on brief, on time and built to make impact. You’ll report directly into the Senior Account Manager and work closely with our creative, strategy and production teams to keep things running to the Holdens standard.


As part of a collaborative, fast-paced agency, you’ll get stuck into a range of creative and strategic projects across our four core capabilities:


  • Brand Expression - brand strategy, identity, guidelines and AI-ready design systems
  • Brand Engagement - websites, apps and digital products
  • Brand Exposure – integrated advertising & marketing campaigns 
  • Brand Experience - experiential, AR/VR and immersive activations


Key Responsibilities


Account & Project Management


  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of creative and strategic marketing projects, reporting directly into the Senior Account Manager
  • Organise meetings, take notes and ensure actions are followed through
  • Help manage production timelines, task lists, contact reports and status documents
  • Take ownership of planning and scheduling across projects using Scoro, ensuring work is resourced and on track (experience with Scoro is preferred but not essential)
  • Manage, upload and publish content across client social channels, emailers, blogs and websites, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
  • Manage project budgets, tracking costs and flagging variances to the Senior Account Manager and wider team in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, designers and developers to ensure the output meets the brief


Client Communication


  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client accounts, managing communications across email, Teams and in-person meetings
  • Prepare and present client presentations, contact reports, status updates and project briefs
  • Lead client calls and meetings, building strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Share regular updates and project progress in a clear and professional way


Briefing & Quality Control


  • Write and own clear internal briefs for creative and digital teams, ensuring work is scoped accurately
  • Proof and quality check all work before it reaches the client, ensuring it meets objectives and brand guidelines
  • Uphold the Holdens standard of quality, accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables

Internal Collaboration


  • Communicate openly and proactively with your teammates
  • Flag potential issues or delays early and help resolve problems collaboratively
  • Stay informed on client and market activity to bring valuable context and energy to the team
  • Attend and contribute to morning meetings, weekly planning sessions and check-ins with the Senior Account Manager to keep projects on track and the team aligned


What We’re Looking For


  • Minimum 3  years’ experience in client services at a creative, digital or marketing agency
  • A solid understanding and experience of branding, digital, and integrated campaign delivery
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Confident written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine team spirit
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident uploading and publishing blogs, social media content and website updates across client channels
  • Experience with Scoro for project planning and scheduling is preferred; familiarity with Teams, Figma, WordPress and social scheduling platforms is also a bonus
