  • Supporting mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks while helping to implement effective internal controls.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing guidance for stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Brand Protection team on intellectual property matters.
  • Assisting with legal administration, including management of external counsel fee estimates, invoice tracking and payment processes.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic and commercially minded legal professional who is eager to learn and develop within an in-house environment.

You'll thrive in a role where no two days are the same, enjoy building relationships across the business and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Completion of LPC or SQE

  • Ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work.
  • Previous experience gained within private practice or an in-house legal environment.

In return, you'll receive exceptional exposure to a broad range of legal work, mentoring from an experienced legal team and the opportunity to develop the skills needed to become a commercially focused, trusted legal advisor while working with globally recognised consumer brands.
